The GlenAllachie 4 Year Old Billy Walker 50th Anniversary

Exclusive limited edition of excellent 4-year-old Scottish Speyside whisky The GlenAllachie Billy Walker 50th Anniversary, specially selected by Billy Walker. This is a young yet wild whisky made from peat from St. Fergus.

In 2017, Billy implemented "drastic" changes at the distillery, prioritizing quality over quantity. To have greater oversight on the production and maturation of whisky, he reduced the distillery's output by 80%!

The whisky matured in ex-bourbon, ex-rye and virgin oak casks, which imparted a pleasant fruity flavor with notes of cinnamon, tobacco, barley, and vanilla. It has a naturally beautiful color and is made without chill filtration.

Finally, the whisky was bottled in August of this year with a 60.2% alcohol content, sealed with a cork stopper. The bottles come in an exclusive black and gold gift packaging. Only 10,000 pieces were produced!
