Suntory Haku Vodka
Suntory Haku Vodka is made from 100% Japanese white rice and the name Haku means "white" in Japanese. This word can also be read as "brilliant" - it is a tribute to the craft that lies in the mastery of producing a clear, pure taste and radiant vodka.
Haku Vodka, filtered through bamboo charcoal, has a unique smooth, round, and subtly sweet flavor.
The Suntory House, founded in 1899, was born from the dream of Shinjirō Torii, who at the age of 20 wanted to "create original Japanese spirits endowed with the richness of Japanese nature and the craftsmanship of 'monozukuri'" - which means tireless pursuit of perfection, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to quality.
Shinjirō overcame many difficulties to make his dream a reality, creating wine, whisky, and brandy, and in 1956 launched Hermes Vodka - the first vodka from Suntory.
Haku Vodka is crafted in harmony with nature and the spirit of Japan, true to the vision of Suntory's founder - and now it is ready for you to discover and share.
At Suntory, they strive to select the finest ingredients while using innovative production techniques to create spirits of unparalleled quality and unique Japanese character.
It starts with pure white Japanese rice. White rice, polished and refined to perfection, is revered for its delicate and subtly sweet flavor - it is a main symbol of Japan.
