Spanish brandy Soberano Solera is made from the Airen grape variety. It ages in ex-sherry American oak barrels in the ancient cellars of González Byass in Jerez. This elegant brandy has a dark amber color with golden tones, vibrant aromas with hints of wood and dried fruit. Soberano Solera is the most popular and best-selling brandy in Spain.
Soberano brandy is also known as the Soul of Spain and matures in the traditional method called - criaderas y solera.
