The Spanish brandy Soberano Solera is made from the Airen wine variety. It matures in ex-sherry American oak barrels in the ancient cellars of González Byass in Jerez. Elegant brandy has a dark amber color with golden tones, vivid aromas with hints of wood and dried fruit. Soberano Solera is the most popular and best-selling brandy in Spain.
Brandy Soberano is also called the Soul of Spain and is aged in the traditional way called - criaderas y solera.
