Soberano, a family Spanish brandy with deep roots in the traditional solera technique, embodies a unique harmony between fruity freshness and mature elegance.

The Soberano brand was created in the Jerez region under the guidance of the prestigious family business González Byass, which obtained permission directly from the Spanish royal court for its production. This brandy has become an icon of Spanish brandy, known in Spain as the "soul of the country" – a daily choice for both domestic and international audiences.

Soberano is made from wine from the Airén variety, the most widely grown in Spain. It is distilled and then aged primarily in ex-sherry casks made of American oak, stored in the historic cellars of González Byass winery in Jerez. The traditional criaderas y solera system is used, where older and younger vintages of brandy are gradually blended, ensuring consistent quality and a rich character of the drink.
