Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Brut 2015 with 2 glasses
Choose the right glasses for prosecco or champagne and enjoy them as they should be.
Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Brut 2015 is one of the iconic cuvées of the Perrier-Jouët house. Belle Époque is produced only in selected vintages and combines the character of a specific harvest with the typical elegance, floral freshness, and finesse of the Perrier-Jouët style.
The 2015 vintage consists of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier. Chardonnay brings freshness, minerality, and floral character, Pinot Noir adds structure and fruitiness, while the small proportion of Pinot Meunier contributes riper fruit expressions and roundness.
The aroma reveals delicate white flowers, white peach, and grapefruit. The palate continues with a combination of floral, fruity, and spicy notes, among which the producer mentions poached pear, elderflower, caraway, and green pepper. The result is a fresh and elegant Champagne with the character typical of Belle Époque.
The bottle itself is an integral part of the Belle Époque identity. It is adorned with Japanese white anemones, created for Perrier-Jouët by the Art Nouveau master Émile Gallé in 1902. The first Belle Époque vintage cuvée was subsequently introduced in 1964.
This limited edition takes the artistic character even further. Mexican artist and designer Fernando Laposse created the gift packaging design inspired by pollination – the mutual interaction of flowers, plants, and pollinators. Golden traces of pollen, flowers, and flying pollinators visually connect with Perrier-Jouët's long-standing relationship with nature.
The box also includes two original decorated glasses, the decor of which was created by Fernando Laposse for this artistic edition. Combined with the striking white and gold box, it makes for an exceptional gift packaging suitable for collectors of design editions of Champagne.
