Perrier-Jouët Blanc De Blancs
Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a celebration of the elegance and freshness of the Chardonnay variety. It is made exclusively from grapes of this noble variety, grown on exceptional plots in the Côte des Blancs region, particularly in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant and Avize.
Wines from these locations are characterized by high minerality, finesse, and liveliness. After fermentation, the wine is aged for at least three years using the traditional method on lees, which gives it complexity and a delicate creaminess. The result is a champagne that is light yet refined—the ideal expression of the Perrier-Jouët style.
The aroma is dominated by notes of white flowers – acacia, hyacinth and cherry blossom – complemented by fresh citrus fruits such as lemon zest and grapefruit, and subtle fruity accents of pear and peach. There are also elegant hints of brioche, honey and marzipan, which balance the floral and fruity spectrum of the aroma.
The taste is clean, fresh and mineral, with delicious acidity and subtle creaminess. The bubbles are fine and persistent, beautifully integrated into the structure of the wine.
The finish is long, refreshing and harmonious, with a lingering citrus zest, white flowers and a subtle saltiness reminiscent of a sea breeze. Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is ideal as a sophisticated aperitif, but also pairs well with oysters, sashimi, grilled seafood, and mild cheeses.
It is a champagne that embodies French elegance and craftsmanship – light as a breeze, yet with a character that leaves a lasting impression.
