Perrier-Jouët Blanc De Blancs
Choose the right glasses for prosecco or champagne and enjoy them as they should be.
Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a celebration of elegance and freshness from the Chardonnay grape variety. It is made exclusively from grapes of this noble variety, grown in exceptional plots in the Côte des Blancs region, particularly in Grand Cru villages like Cramant and Avize.
Wines from these locations are characterized by high minerality, finesse, and liveliness. After fermentation, the wine ages for a minimum of three years using the traditional method on the lees, gaining complexity and a delicate creaminess. The result is a champagne that feels light yet refined – an ideal representative of the Perrier-Jouët style.
The aroma is dominated by notes of white flowers – acacia, hyacinth, and cherry blossoms – complemented by fresh citrus, such as lemon zest and grapefruit, along with subtle fruity accents of pear and peach. There are also elegant hints of brioche, honey, and marzipan that balance the floral and fruity spectrum of the aroma.
On the palate, the champagne is clean, fresh, and mineral, with a delightful acidity and subtle creaminess. The bubbles are fine and persistent, beautifully integrated into the structure of the wine.
The finish is long, refreshing, and harmonious – with echoes of citrus zest, white flowers, and a gentle salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze. Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is perfect as a noble aperitif, but also pairs wonderfully with oysters, sashimi, grilled seafood, or delicate cheeses.
It is a champagne that embodies French elegance and top-notch craftsmanship – light as a breeze, yet with a character that leaves an impression.
