Calvados must mature for more than 6 years to be labeled XO, but Pere Magloire decided to show up and let his Pere Magloire Calvados XO mature for 10 years! It was definitely worth the effort, as he has already won a number of awards, including double gold at the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
