This drink is the result of continuous distillation in copper stills, which allows for maximum concentration of fresh apple aromas. The process is completed by blending fruit cuvées and ageing in century-old oak barrels, which add softness and complexity.
Its unique style emphasises the freshness of apples, with every drop reminiscent of the tradition of production in Normandy. It is ideal for enjoying on its own or as a base for elegant cocktails.
