Papidoux Fine is an elegant calvados from French Normandy, distilled using traditional methods from various apple varieties. After the fermentation of apple juice, a double distillation follows, after which the distillate ages for at least 3 years in oak barrels. This aging process gives it a golden color and harmonious flavor while retaining the freshness of fresh apples.
The taste of calvados is warm, with hints of apples and raisins, complemented by subtle spicy notes. The finish is long and harmonious, with lingering fruity and woody nuances.
Papidoux Fine is ideal as a digestif after a meal, served neat at room temperature to fully develop its aroma and flavor. Due to its freshness and smoothness, it is also suitable for making cocktails or as an accompaniment to desserts.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% with a volume of 0.7 l.
