Papidoux Fine is an elegant calvados from French Normandy, distilled using traditional methods from various apple varieties. After fermentation of the apple must, double distillation follows, after which the distillate is aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels. This ageing process gives it a golden colour and harmonious taste, while retaining the freshness of fresh apples.
The taste of calvados is warm, with hints of apples and raisins, complemented by subtle spicy notes. The finish is long and harmonious, with lingering fruity and woody nuances.
Papidoux Fine is ideal as a digestif after a meal, served neat at room temperature to allow its aroma and flavour to develop fully. Thanks to its freshness and delicacy, it is also suitable for cocktails or as an accompaniment to desserts.
The bottles are filled with 40 % alcohol and have a volume of 0,7 l.
