Papidoux XO

Papidoux XO is a noble calvados from the French region of Normandy. This apple cider distillate ages for at least six years in oak barrels, giving it a complex and elegant character. The result is a harmonious blend of maturity and the subtlety of apple flavor that will appeal to even the most discerning spirit enthusiasts.

The aroma of calvados is complex and elegant, with pronounced notes of red apples and dried fruits, complemented by hints of walnuts and meadow honey. The taste is bold, sweet with a spicy character and hints of apple jam, honey, and cinnamon.

Papidoux XO is ideal as a digestif after a meal, served neat at room temperature in brandy glasses, to fully develop its aroma and flavor. Due to its complexity and delicacy, it is also suitable for special occasions or as a gift for connoisseurs of quality spirits.
