Opthimus 21 Magma Cum Laude is a rum from the Oliver&Oliver company, originating from the Dominican Republic. The rum is made from sugar cane and matured using the Spanish Solera method for up to 21 years, resulting in well-rounded, juicy notes of fruit and dark chocolate in both aroma and flavor complexity. Rum is aged in Bourbon oak barrels.
The name "Magma Cum Laude" in translation means "with great praise", which points to the quality of the rum and masterful rum craft.

Aroma: a pleasant combination of Caribbean aromas such as corn, orange, coffee and creamy caramel.
Taste: rich, very complex, strong with notes of chocolate.
