Stará Škola Pear Brandy originates from Château Topoľčianky – a traditional Slovak distillery that focuses on the handmade and artisanal production of fruit brandies. The process begins with the careful selection of ripe, juicy sweet pears (mainly Williams variety), which are left to ferment slightly before distillation to enhance their complex and distinctive fruit aromas.

Gentle maceration is followed by double distillation in copper stills. The result is a pure spirit with no added colouring or flavourings, with an ABV of 42 %.
