Description
Nichta Sauvignon blanc Classic D.S.C., year 2024, is a Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, white, dry, originating from the Nitra wine-growing region, the village of Čajkov - Kruhy.
It is a wine with a low histamine content <0.25 mg/l.
The intense aroma of peach puree and elderflower continues with a taste reminiscent of dried fruit and nectarine. The refreshing expression is supported by excellent acidity and good harmony. In gourmet kitchens, its taste and aroma will go well with pear gratin with goat cheese.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C in white wine glasses with a volume of 450-500 ml.
