Mezan is a limited collection of rums. Unsweetened, uncolored, unfiltered cold, aged in barrels until they reach their optimal maturity. Mezan represents the authentic purest Caribbean rum, made from 100% molasses. Aged in a bourbon barrel, 3 years in the Caribbean and 15 years in Europe. Distilled in the "Wedderburn" style in 2000, bottled in 2018 as Cask Strength. Each bottle is numbered.
