This high-altitude location and rich volcanic soil provide ideal conditions for the slow ripening of Arabica cherries, which absorb maximum nutrients and develop complex and intense aromas.

In the cup, a delicately fresh acidity unfolds with predominant floral tones, honey sweetness, and subtle nutty nuances.
