Lighthouse Coffee Ethiopia Sidamo Guji GR2 500 g
This coffee bean, Lighthouse Coffee Ethiopia Sidamo Guji GR2, comes from the volcanic soil of the Guji region (Ethiopia), where it is hand-picked by approximately 250 small farmers at an altitude of between 1600 and 1900 m (some sources say up to 2100 m). This high-altitude location and rich volcanic soil provide ideal conditions for the slow ripening of Arabica cherries, which absorb maximum nutrients and develop complex and intense aromas.
In the cup, a delicately fresh acidity unfolds with predominant floral tones, honey sweetness, and subtle nutty nuances. Citrus fruits, strawberries, and bergamot add a refreshing fruity character, creating the sensation of a "cheerful orchard in a cup." The Great Taste judges described this profile as "sweet like strawberry jam turning to honey; fragrant like bergamot; complex, floral, fruity... exceptional quality even in espresso."
The result is an exceptionally versatile coffee, suitable for various preparation methods. As an espresso, it offers delicate floral notes, fruity freshness, and a long-lasting aftertaste with hints of tannins and fruity tones. When prepared in a French press or filtered, the delicate nuances of fruit and flowers are highlighted, which you will appreciate when savoring it slowly.
The package contains 500 g.
