Lighthouse Coffee Honduras S. José Maresol 500 g
The coffee beans used in Lighthouse Coffee Honduras S. José Maresol come from the western Honduras region of Marcala, specifically from the Maresol farm, located at an altitude of between 1,500 and 1,700 meters above sea level, where the slow ripening of the fruit due to the higher altitude increases the complexity of the flavor.
It is grown organically, with farmers using the Catuai variety without chemical fertilizers, which, among other things, contributes to the clean, fruity, and spicy profile of the coffee. Processing is done using the wet (washed) method to preserve the purity and quality of the flavor.
The flavor is dominated by a pleasant fruity harmony - distinctive notes of apricots, apples, and wild rosehips are underscored by the aroma of ripe mandarins. The aftertaste is rich in cocoa, dark chocolate, and nuts, all in a delicately spicy and well-balanced chocolate-fruit palette. The coffee has a medium body and medium acidity, making it very pleasant for everyday drinking.
This robust Arabica is great for a variety of preparation methods. As an espresso, it offers a clean fruity character with a rich body and delicious crema. When combined with milk drinks such as cappuccino or latte, it highlights chocolate and nutty tones. An automatic coffee machine ensures consistent results, while a French press or alternative brewing methods bring out subtle fruity and tangerine nuances – the ideal choice for a peaceful cup of coffee.
The package contains 500 g.
