Lighthouse Coffee Honduras S. José Maresol 200 g
Whole Bean Coffee Lighthouse Coffee Honduras S. José Maresol comes from the western Honduras region of Marcala – specifically from the Maresol farm at an altitude between 1500 and 1700 m, where the slow ripening of the fruits due to the higher elevations enhances the complexity of flavor.
It is grown organically, with farmers using the Catuai variety without chemical fertilizers, which contributes to the clean, fruity, and spicy profiling of the coffee. Processing is done using the wash method to preserve the purity and quality of flavor.
The taste features a pleasant fruity harmony - pronounced notes of apricots, apples, and wild rose hips are complemented by the aroma of ripe mandarins. The flavor extraction is rich in cocoa, dark chocolate, and nuts, all within a subtly spicy and well-balanced chocolate-fruity palette. The coffee has a medium body and medium acidity, making it very enjoyable for everyday drinking.
This robust Arabica is great for various brewing methods. As an espresso, it offers a clean fruity character with a substantial body and delicious crema. When combined with milk drinks like cappuccino or latte, it highlights the chocolate and nutty notes. An automatic coffee machine ensures consistent results, while a French press or alternative brewing methods will accentuate the delicate fruity and mandarin nuances – an ideal choice for leisurely enjoying a cup.
The package contains 200 g.
