The original varieties of Arabica and Caturra are hand-picked, processed using the wet method, and then sun-dried. This preserves their unique character – medium to full body with very mild acidity, typical of the highest quality coffees from South America.

The flavor features notes of marzipan chocolate, cocoa, hazelnuts, ripe plums, raisins, and dried dates. Perfectly balanced, complex flavors complement each other without pronounced acidity, creating a pleasant, harmonious experience. The coffee is of the “Supremo” grade – indicating large, top-quality beans – which is reflected in its consistency and flavor profile.

This versatile Arabica is ideal for preparation in various ways. As espresso, its medium body, balanced flavor, and mild acidity shine – judges of Great Taste 2024 particularly appreciated the “juicy and slightly bitter espresso with a fruity hint of dried apricot jam and hazelnuts”; when milk is added, the delicate mocha chocolate notes are enhanced and do not fade away.
