The entire decaffeination process is carried out using the Swiss Water Process, a Swiss, purely water-based method without the use of chemicals, which removes up to 99 % of the caffeine while preserving the aroma and taste characteristics of the coffee.

The cup reveals the delicate and pleasant acidity typical of Colombian beans, complemented by a rich body, smoothness, and notes of chocolate, grains, caramel, and honey with a subtle hint of fruity sweetness and sweet wood.
