Kilchoman Armagnac Double Cask Finish #386 & 387/2014
Kilchoman Armagnac Double Cask Finish is an excellent limited Scottish whisky from the Islay region. It is aged for more than 6 years in two different ex-bourbon casks, after which it was transferred for the final 14 months into a 400-liter ex-armagnac cask.
Armagnac is a fine and pleasant spirit made from grapes, which gives the whisky an irresistible flavor and aroma of raisins, plums, leather, and tobacco. It has a pure natural color and is non-chill filtered.
Finally, it was bottled on January 10, 2022 with an alcohol content of 56.3 %. It comes in a very nice red-gold gift box. Only 478 pieces were produced! We recommend enjoying it neat. The phenol level is 50 PPM.

Nose: flambéed fruit, tobacco, leather, peat, vanilla
Palate: nuts, fruit, herbs, raisins, plums, smoke
Finish: long, rounded, intense, spice, smoke, peat
