Kilchoman Armagnac Double Cask Finish #386 & 387/2014
Kilchoman Armagnac Double Cask Finish is an excellent limited Scotch whisky from the Islay region. She matured for more than 6 years in two different ex-bourbon barrels, from which it was transferred for the final 14 months to a 400-liter ex-armagnac barrel.
Armagnac is an excellent and pleasant alcohol made from grapes, thanks to which whisky acquired an irresistible taste and aroma of raisins, plums, leather and tobacco. It has a pure natural color and is unfiltered by cold.
Finally, it was bottled on 10.1.2022 with 56.3 % alcohol content. It comes in a very nice red and gold gift box. Only 478 pieces were produced! We recommend enjoying it neat. The phenol level is 50 PPM.
