Description
Slovak red dry wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Karpatská Perla. Variety Pinot Noir, vintage 2019, Malokarpatská wine region, wine village Sv. Martin - vineyard Suchý vrch.
The wine has a brick-red color with a ruby hue. In both aroma and taste, charming notes of cherries and dark chocolate emerge. Thanks to the 14-month aging in barrique barrels, the wine has gained elegance.
The fruity character is evident in the taste, where it combines with pleasant acidity, creating a balanced and elegant profile. The wine is vegan and low-histamine.
We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 16-18 °C with grilled duck breast.
