Description
Slovak red dry varietal wine with protected designation of origin from the Juraj Zápražný winery. Alibernet variety, vintage 2019, South Slovak wine region, Rubáň municipality.
In the aroma we find tones of graphite, violets and unripe poppies. The opulent taste is interwoven with the juiciness of stone fruits, black currants and bitter chocolate. After breathing in the glass, the wine changes its "dress", it becomes soft and velvety.
This is a very tasty vegan wine that we recommend serving at a temperature of 10 to 12°C. Grape sugar content at harvest 24° NM.
Bottle maturity 2-8 years. Recommended storage at 10 - 12°C.
