JP. Chenet Réserve Impériale
JP. Chenet Réserve Impériale is a French brandy that embodies the art of brandy production and family expertise, initiated by René Helfrich, the father of the brand's founder and the first exporter of French brandy.
This brandy is made from Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, and Chardonnay grape varieties from various French regions, primarily from Champagne, Cognac, and southern France. After 3 weeks of fermentation, a high-acidity white wine is first produced, which is then double distilled using the pot still method and aged for another 2 years in oak barrels in the village of Petersbach in northeastern France. The result of this process is the velvety brandy JP. Chenet Réserve Impériale with an amber hue and warm notes of dried fruits and nuts. Serve at a temperature of 20°C, either neat or on the rocks, according to your taste.
