Description
A unit among French wines. Produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Syrah (40%) varieties, grown in the south of France, in the province of Languedoc-Rousillion. The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, then fermented and ground for 6 to 12 days. Maceration can take up to 1 month. The wine matures in stainless steel containers to preserve the rich aroma.
Aroma: cherries, black currants, a touch of licorice and pepper.
Taste: intensely fruity and balanced.
Color: ruby red, strong and clean.
