Description
Let yourself be seduced by the mysterious taste of amontillado sherry Jalifa 30 years from the workshop of the Spanish winery Williams & Humbert Bodegas!
Amontillado Jalifa 30-year-old is a dry sherry, which is made from grapes of the Palomino variety of the highest quality from the area of origin Jerez Superior, Pago Balbaína.
It matures mainly in American oak barrels with the Jerez Criaderas y Soleras system. This aged and long-ripened sherry species rested under a special layer of yeast for 8 years before being joined by another 22 years of ripening, which completed its deliciously full body and nutty taste.
