Description

Gin Hendrick's Sunspell was inspired by the beautiful sunsets over the west coast of Scotland, specifically the location of Ailsa Craig – a scene that caught the eye of Master Distiller Lesley Gracie.

It is produced at the iconic Hendrick's Palace distillery in Girvan and combines traditional technology – Carter-Head and Bennett pot still distillation – to achieve a uniquely balanced complexity of flavour.

Sunspell offers vibrant citrus notes with a subtle earthy spiciness and elegant undertones of rose and fresh cucumber, typical of the Hendrick's brand. The result is a refreshing yet warming gin with a deep, gradually unfolding flavour – ideal for evening moments.

Hendrick's, a brand founded in 1999 under the spiritual guidance of Lesley Gracie, has become famous for its unconventional approach to gin – using rose and cucumber. Sunspell is part of the limited edition ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ series, which has progressed from Amazonia and Orbium to the current Sunspell from 2024.

The bottles are filled with 43,4 % alcohol and have a volume of 1 l.
