Glen Moray Our Classic is a light, smooth, and fruity Scotch single malt from the Speyside region. It is the perfect invitation to explore the world of single malt Scotch whisky. It features flavors that are typical of Speyside whiskies.
Glen Moray Our Classic has been made the same way for 120 years. It starts with barley, which is unusually dried in a peat-fired kiln for Glen Moray, imparting hints of smoke. By combining this peated barley with traditional malted barley, the master distillers create a lightly peated spirit with distinct notes of fire.
Distillation occurs in copper pot stills, and the subsequent aging is done exclusively in American oak casks. This gives the whisky a range of citrus and vanilla notes.
The whisky combines the traditional style of Glen Moray with a subtle hint of peat. This whisky is an ideal choice for those looking to discover the delicate notes of smoke balanced with fruity and sweet character.
The finish of the whisky is soothing and warming, caramelized citrus fruits melt away to reveal delicate spices.
