Giusti Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is an Italian dry red wine. Its base consists of 80% grapes from the Corvina Veronese variety along with Corvinone and 20% grapes from the Rondinella variety, from the hilly parts of the wine-growing Valpolicella region, Verona, Veneto, Italy (elevation 100 - 150 m above sea level).
It is produced using traditional methods in stainless steel tanks. In accordance with the ancient "Ripasso" technique, it first fermented on the skins of Amarone grapes. It then aged for a full 12 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle until the right moment for wine lovers to enjoy it.
It pairs excellently with appetizers, roasted and red meats.
It is recommended to open this wine at least half an hour before drinking. Serve at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
