Foursquare Indomitas - sale ended

Foursquare Indomitas is an exceptional Caribbean rum from Barbados, originating from the renowned distillery Foursquare, which is among the most respected rum producers in the world. This rum is part of the prestigious Velier series and represents a modern approach to production with an emphasis on quality, transparency, and authentic character.

It is a Single Blended Rum, created by combining distillates from Pot still and Coffey column still. Both components were distilled in 2010 and subsequently underwent different aging processes in the tropical climate of Barbados, which significantly influences the final flavor profile.

One part of the rum aged 15 years in bourbon barrels, while the other part underwent double aging – 6 years in bourbon barrels and then 9 years in ex-cognac barrels. After this process, both components were blended, resulting in a complex and pronounced blend with a rich structure.

The rum is bottled at a strength of 62% alcohol, with no added sugar, coloring, or cold filtration, allowing its natural character to shine through.
