Description
The oldest release of the great rum from the workshop of Doorly's, aged an incredible 14 years. Aged in small ex-bourbon casks, it gained a delicate spicy flavor with notes of wood, cinnamon, and smoke.
It was then filled into ex-wine Madeira casks made of American white oak, which imparted aromas of dried fruits, oranges, and ginger. In short, this is a complex rum with a delicate aroma and flavor that can only be achieved through time and, above all, quality production.
It comes from the world-renowned Barbadian distillery Foursquare, which produces the highest quality rum in the world. After aging, the rum was bottled with an alcohol content of 48% and then sealed with a cork stopper.
