The base of Dos Maderas Origen Philippines is a blend of 6-year-old rums from the Philippines. After initial aging, the rums are transported to Spanish Jerez, where, under the supervision of Williams & Humbert, their aging and finishing continue in exceptionally rare casks of 80-year-old Amontillado sherry.

The combination of the rum's tropical origin and the distinctive influence of sherry casks creates a harmonious flavor profile, where exotic fruity notes meet elegant nutty and woody complexity.
