Diplomático Selección de Familia

Diplomático Seleccion de Familia is a 12-year-old molasses rum from Venezuela. It matured in American oak barrels after bourbon and in barrels after sherry, thanks to which its taste profile acquired rich tones in both fruit and oak wood. It is a complex rum with a dry, hot-sweet character accompanied by tones of caramelized bananas, white pepper, ginger, raisins and figs.

Aroma: sweet, mildly spicy, caramel, bananas, ginger, dried fruit, sherry
Taste: less sweet than aroma, woody tones of oak, raisins, figs, caramelized bananas, sherry, white pepper, ginger
