Diplomático Seleccion de Familia is a 12-year-old molasses rum from Venezuela. It has been matured in a combination of American oak bourbon barrels and sherry casks.
As a result, its flavour profile has acquired rich notes of both fruit and oak. It is a complex rum.
It has a dry, bittersweet character accompanied by notes of caramelised bananas, white pepper, ginger, raisins and figs.
It is bottled at 43 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l. They come in a stylish gift box along with two glasses.
