Diplomático Seleccion de Familia is a 12-year-old molasses rum from Venezuela. It has been aged in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon and in sherry casks.
This gives its flavor profile rich notes of fruit and oak wood. It is a complex rum.
It has a dry, bittersweet character accompanied by notes of caramelized bananas, white pepper, ginger, raisins, and figs.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 43% with a volume of 0.7 l. They are delivered in a stylish gift box along with two glasses.
