Compañero Coconut

Compañero Coconut is a rum spirit produced by the distillery 1423 World Class Spirits. It is known as a ‘friend in a glass’, which is where its name comes from – in Spanish, compañero means ‘companion’.

This rum spirit combines smooth Dominican rum aged for five years in oak barrels with natural coconut aroma to create a deliciously tropical flavour profile. It is a liqueur with 40 % alcohol content, offering a sweet, exotic character without any additional ageing.

The use of fresh or natural coconut extract together with orange gives the liqueur a distinctly tropical profile – sweet, coconut and citrus. The result is a smooth, full flavour dominated by coconut and vanilla notes with a subtle warmth of alcohol and a sweet finish.

It is ideal on its own, with ice or as a base for tropical cocktails such as Piña Colada, Rum Punch or Exotic Tiki drinks.
