Ron Colón Salvadoreño Coffee Infused Rum

Ron Colón Salvadoreño Coffee Infused Rum is a slightly lighter edition of coffee rum with a lower alcohol content. Similar to other premium rums from Ron Colón Salvadoreno, the base is a blend of fine molasses rums:

■ 70 % of the blend is 6-year-old column-still rum from the famous Salvadoran distillery Licorera Cihuatán Distillery
■ 15 % 3-year-old Jamaican pot-still
■ 15 % young pot still rum

Whole Bourbon Arabica coffee beans were then added to the blend to develop a rich, roasted, and fruity flavor. The rum aged in bourbon barrels and was bottled at a pleasant 40.5 % alcohol content. After the first sip, you'll realize that this is an exceptionally flavorful drink suitable for sipping on its own, as well as for mixing cocktails or special occasions.
