Clairin Vaval Rum 2020

Clairin Vaval 2020 is a Haitian rum made from sugarcane juice. It is handcrafted distilled in the village of Cavaillon at the Arawaks distillery.

This is a rum known as mono-varietal, produced from the sugarcane Madame Meuze. Fermentation is spontaneous, meaning the yeasts are natural. The fermented sugarcane juice is distilled by Fritz Vaval in a unique home distillery using a Column Still.

The result is a strong and flavor-rich French-style rhum with a high 53.3% alcohol content, unaltered. The rum comes in a stylish gift packaging, featuring illustrated characters.
