The creator of this rum, Faubert Casimir, continues the work started by his father Duncan in 1979. In Haitian Baraderes, he cultivates 50 hectares of non-hybrid, soft, white, and red varieties of Hawaiian sugarcane. Each of these canes is harvested only at the moment of full ripeness. During the fermentation process, he traditionally adds lemongrass leaves, cinnamon, and a few pieces of ginger to the pure sugarcane. The classic and richly overflowing flavor of his agricole rum Clairin Casimir allows you to momentarily savor the atmosphere of 200 years ago. Made in small batches with a rich aroma and a well-balanced flavor profile featuring mineral and medicinal undertones.
