Description
Chateau Selešťany Devín is a Slovak quality varietal white wine, dry. The wine with a protected designation of origin comes from the Central Slovak Wine Region, the village of Záhorce. The vintage is 2021.
The color of the wine is straw-yellow, with a subtle aroma dominated by spicy notes of tramín and muscats. The unobtrusive honeyed veil with the peels of overripe grapefruit and a good balance of primary and secondary bouquet will delight any lover of wines from aromatic varieties.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 10-12 °C. The wine pairs well with chicken dishes in honey glaze with potato dumplings. It tastes excellent alongside bryndza dumplings, lamb shank, and traditional Slovak white and lightly smoked cheeses.
