Chairmans Reserve Vintage 2011

Chairman's Reserve Vintage 2011 is an exceptional rum from St. Lucia Distillers on the island of St. Lucia. This rum was distilled in 2011 and aged for 11 years in ex-bourbon casks, giving it depth and complexity.

Various distillation methods were used during the aging process, including a Coffey column still, a John Dore 2 copper pot still and a Vendome copper hybrid still. After maturation, the individual distillates were blended under the supervision of Master Blender - Deny Duplessis.

The aromatic profile of this rum is rich with notes of charcoal, menthol and dry tobacco. On the palate, notes of spice and cherry develop, leading into a finish with hints of gentian, white flowers and bitter chocolate. At 46,8 % alcohol, this rum is full-bodied and intense, while retaining a balanced complexity.

Chairman's Reserve Vintage 2011 is a limited edition that reflects the craftsmanship and tradition of St. Lucia Distillers. Its long maturation and careful selection of casks give it a unique character that will be appreciated especially by connoisseurs and lovers of premium rums.
