Carat Blueberry Distillate 0,5l

Blueberry Distillate (52 %) is a limited edition craft spirit with a distinctive fruity flavour, made from high-quality blueberries according to the highest standards of the Carat Distillery brand.

The distillate is made from hand-picked wild blueberries – selecting only the ripest fruits guarantees an authentic fruity aroma. Careful sorting is followed by fermentation and then triple distillation, which ensures a concentrated flavour without the addition of any artificial flavours or colours.

After distillation, a high alcohol content of 52 % is achieved without dilution, which enhances the original fruit intensity. The distillate is then aged for several months or years (up to 15 years for the XO edition) to allow the flavours and aromas to balance perfectly.

The aroma is distinctly blueberry, sweet and forest-like. The taste is full, intensely fruity, with a slightly spicy character and a delicate piquancy, complemented by a warm alcoholic background. It stands out for its excellent harmony of flavours, without any harshness.
