Carat Blueberry Distillate 0.5l

Carat Blueberry Spirit (distillate 52 %) is a limited artisanal spirit with a pronounced fruity flavor, created from high-quality blueberries according to the highest standards of Carat Distillery.

The distillate is made from hand-picked wild blueberries – the selection of the ripest fruits ensures an authentic fruity aroma. After careful sorting, fermentation follows, then triple distillation, which ensures a concentrated flavor without the addition of any artificial aromas or colorings.

After distillation, a high alcohol content of 52 % is achieved, without dilution, which enhances the original fruity intensity. The distillate then ages for several months or years (in the case of the XO edition up to 15 years) to perfectly balance the flavors and aromas.

The aroma is distinctly blueberry, sweet, and forest-like. The taste is full, intensely fruity, with a slightly spicy character and a gentle warmth from the alcohol background. It stands out with excellent flavor harmony, without sharp roughness.
