It matured in carefully selected small Spanish oak casks that previously held bourbon. The island of Islay is accompanied by many mysterious tales, and this whisky was inspired by ancient stories and myths from the Scottish Hebrides. The name Aerolite Lyndsay is a word anagram created from the English phrase "ten-year-old-Islay" and is meant to remind weary whisky lovers with a smile of the times when a 10-year-old whisky was simply just a 10-year-old whisky.
