Admiral Rodney HMS Officer's Release N°2

As the second edition from the Officer's series, we have a limited edition blended rum from the island of Saint Lucia. Admiral Rodney HMS Officer's Release N°2 is made from several molasses rums. Aged in American white oak barrels, ex-bourbon barrels, and Irish ex-whiskey barrels. It was distilled in 2009. Only 5000 bottles were produced!

It captivates with its light mahogany color with golden reflections, which come from aging in Irish whiskey barrels. In the aroma, you will discover honeyed raisins, vanilla, and oak. The taste is intense, initially dominated by sweet fruit, honey, chocolate, sweet wood, and tobacco. The finish is pleasantly warming with a hint of spice.
