Admiral's Princess

Admiral’s Princess is an elegant rum from Saint Lucia produced by St. Lucia Distillers. It is created as a blend of rums from Coffey column still, with distillates coming from a column used since 1985. The result is a balanced rum with a smooth texture, good depth, and a refined Caribbean character.

The rum ages for 5 to 7 years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon and in port casks. The bourbon barrels impart a vanilla and oak note, while the port casks bring greater aromatic complexity, sweeter fruity tones, and a richer, fuller expression.

In the glass, it appears harmonious and fuller. The aroma combines honeyed raisins, vanilla, and chocolate, while the taste is smooth, sweet, and elegant, with notes of candied sweets, oak, and spice. A long silky finish underscores its mature and rounded character.
