135° East Hyogo Dry Gin is a gin that transcends the boundaries of ordinary things, delivering a unique tasting experience in the style of Hyogo. In addition to the traditional 50 botanicals used to produce dry British gin, 135° East also includes a blend of 5 Japanese botanicals carefully selected by distilling expert Kimio Yonezawa.
This gin is named after the 135th degree of east longitude, which runs directly through the city of Akashi, where this gin is produced. The city has served as a reference point for determining the standard Japanese time zone since 1888.
