Ukiyo Japanese Tokyo Dry Gin

The classic gin Ukiyo Tokyo Dry was born in Kagoshima, in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano in Japan. It is made from traditional Japanese spirit shōchū. During the redistillation of high-quality shōchū, a smoother gin is created, leaving a light sensation in the mouth.

It contains 11 different botanicals, including the peels of Japanese citrus yuzu and mikan, cherry leaves and blossoms, and Sansho pepper, making it a manifestation of the Japanese landscape and its flavors.

The taste of this gin is rich with juniper, pine, mint, herbs, coriander, and bright citrus. The bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% and the bottle volume is 0.7 l.

We recommend serving the gin over ice, either neat or in various mixed drinks.
