The classic Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin was born in Kagoshima, in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano in Japan. It is produced on the basis of the traditional Japanese shochu spirit. Redistilling high-quality shōchū results in a smoother gin that leaves a light mouthfeel.
Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin contains 11 different botanicals, including Japanese Yuzu and Mikan citrus peel, Sakura leaves and flowers, and Sansho spice. These carefully chosen ingredients combine to express the diverse terroir and tastes of Japan.
The flavor of this gin abounds with juniper, pine, mint, herbs, coriander and bright citrus. The bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40 % ABV and the volume of the bottle is 0.7 l.
Serve this gin neat just with an ice cube or in various mixed drinks.
