Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka
Ukiyo Japanese Vodka is a Japanese rice vodka that embodies the purest essence of traditional Japanese distillation. The term Ukiyo (translated as floating world) refers to a state of mind that emphasizes living in the moment, detached from the hardships of life.
Ukiyo Rice Vodka comes from the tropical Japanese island of Okinawa. It is carefully crafted from the traditional Japanese distillate Awamori, which is found only on this island. The base of Awamori is long-grain rice (sativa indica variety), to which black kōji is added and it is triple distilled in small batches using traditional distillation equipment. Rice is known in Japan as the source of the purest distillates, and this is no exception with Ukiyo Vodka.
It features light, sweet, and floral notes, where you can sense violets and citrus. It is perfect for pure enjoyment, gourmet pairing with food, or a simple vodka-soda drink.
