Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin
The Thomas Henry Tonic goes with this product, choose the right one and mix the world's most famous drink GIN-TONIC!
The exceptional Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin was born in Kagoshima, in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano in Japan. It is made from traditional Japanese shōchū. During the redistillation of high-quality shōchū, a smoother gin is created, which has a wonderfully light mouthfeel.
The redistillation occurs together with juniper berries, yuzu, regional citrus fruits and botanical ingredients, respecting the 1500-year-old tradition of yuzu cultivation and harvesting in Japan. This combination results in a citrus gin with a delicate aroma.
The taste of yuzu is tart and fragrant, reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit with undertones of mandarin and orange. The bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40 % and the bottle volume is 0.7 l.
We recommend serving the gin over ice, either neat or in various mixed drinks.
