Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

Gin Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is a return closer to home. When the Whitley family settled in the English countryside near Daresbury, they established a garden full of intoxicating flavors that served not only in the kitchen but also in experimenting with the family gin production.

This rhubarb and ginger gin was inspired by the childhood memories of current owner Johny Neill on his grandparents' farm, featuring his favorite rhubarb from the garden complemented by a refreshingly warm hint of fresh ginger.

In addition to juniper, rhubarb, and ginger, this gin also contains a harmoniously balanced blend of botanicals such as coriander, cinnamon bark, orris root, angelica root, licorice, sweet orange, and lemon.

It tastes great with ice, in cocktails, and also in long drinks with tonic or ginger beer.
