Tormore 16 Year Old Sherry Cask is an elegant and richly layered Scottish single malt whisky from the Speyside region. It has been crafted to complement the naturally fruity character of the distillate with sherry casks without overpowering it. The result is a harmonious whisky with a full flavor, creamy texture, and a balanced sweet-spicy profile.

The whisky undergoes double maturation and then ages in selected sherry casks made from American and European oak. A smaller proportion of Oloroso sherry casks from French oak brings darker nutty, spicy, and subtly salty notes, while the Cream Sherry casks from American oak add sweetness, dried fruit, and a creamy character.

On the nose and palate, it unfolds with spicy buttery brioche, sticky dates, demerara caramel, lemon oil, blueberry jam, and vanilla fudge. The combination of sweet fruit, nuts, and spices creates a complex profile that evolves from the first sip to a long finish.
