Twenty-five-year-old whiskey from Glenlivet, its maturation process ends in Oloroso sherry barrels. The scent is strong and rich. Signs of chewable raisins and amarella, dried herbs and cooked fruit with apple sprinkles and balanced acidity. There are hints of cocoa cream. The taste is strong and smooth. Hints of fruit peels and raisins in sherry, chewing caramels and walnuts and dried fruit, which appear with a juicy touch. The finish is long and rich with winter spices.
